I don't use much ink and I typically will use an XL black for 12 months. No way will get my full usage out of this purchase. Very disappointed. This was delivered from warehouse.

For many customers, ink lasting six months is ample time for many printers to use a cartridge. If you only print a few pages a month, then the cartridge might expire before you are finished. If we missed your expectations here, we are truly apologetic.
Perhaps, an exchange is the best solution here. The site, www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/ReturnsandExchanges?id=page-return-exchange-policy/, holds the policy and can process returns right away. I hope you get another cartridge with a more extended expiration date.

As the working life is very short. Mine lasted just over a year with not that much use. It gives off a PRINT HEAD - error message. Don't Buy, Don't Buy!!!!
