Best Buy is a great place to buy printer ink. They have all the HP inks you will need.

HP ink seems to work best in thier printers. Ink refills just do not last as long.

The generics really just do not last. HP is the best choice.

I have a Brothers MFC8130CW printer. I have printed approximately 15000 copies and the warning on the screen was that I needed to replace the Drums. I went to the store and asked to buy the replacement drums and also asked the "Geek Squad" to show me how to replace the drums. They were totally in the dark about the printer or how to replace the drums. They originally tried to tell me that the items need to be replaced was the Belt Unit and Waste Toner Box. I had to point out to them that the numbers were not correct and referred them to the order page in the User's Guide for the correct numbers. Finally one of the Best Buy clerks seemed to know what was happening and we found the appropriate part CLEARLY MARKED AS DR221CL and figured out how to replace the unit. Actually a very easy process which I performed at my office when the parts were received. Best Buy/Geek Squad needs to have at least a few people who are familiar with my printer. And for that matter, any piece of equipment that Best Bay sells. This should have been a quick 10 minute situation, but I spent over an hour mostly being frustrated by the lack of knowledge of your employees.
