If you want the best you use the best HP original cartridges

i needed ink and this works well BUT too expensive. Printer does not get used much and it seems like i always need ink. HP tracks the cartridge use so refilling is difficult,. In my Epson i can refill and work around the tracking. Even replaced batteries in the Epson cartridge!

I have bought this product for 5 years and have no complaints

Second time I have had an HP 94 cartridge fail. The first time, I had the cartridge about a month, and got an error message on my HP printer to check the cartridge. Cleaned it and the printer to no avail. Ended up replacing it. This time, have had the cartridge for 3 weeks, and same message came up. Followed the HP instructions, cleaning cartridge and printer again. I believe the contacts on the printer cartridge are defective. Can't afford to keep replacing them. Went to Best Buy to ask about a replacement. There was some confusion as to what to do, but finally a manager said they would replace the cartridge. I suppose most people end up just buying another cartridge and shrugging it off. Can't do that this time. Those things aren't cheap. Hope HP gets this feedback and ups its QC.

ALL HP PRODUCTS ARE GREAT,BUT THE INK IS EXPENSIVE

Usually I buy this in a combo box. But now I was told it is NOT available. Sine I don't print that many pages, I can't make full use of the product before it gets dry he tot becomes too e pensive to buy. I am planning to switch.

I bought the bonus size the first time. I was very disappointed in how long it lasted. I bought the normal size next. Did not note a significant difference. Unfortunately, HP does not give us a choice. Ink prices are a ripoff.

These are fine ink cartridges. A bit undersized, so if you print very much you will be replacing them often. I would suggest a printer with bigger cartridges if you use it as a business printer.
