The reason I wanted to review this product was to praise the manager of the Best Buy who came to my rescue because the cartridges I bought wouldn't work properly. I was complaining and he took the time to explain to me what might have happened. He was most courteous and patient. I am sorry I don't remember his name, but he did his job exceptionally well.

So when you need ink go to Best Buy because you can do as I did... Ink on sale, use coupon, use reward certificates, get 15% off as a Best Buy Rewards member, pay $6.41 for what would have cost almost $60 normally. Thanks Best Buy for rewarding loyal customers.

ITS NICE TO KNOW THAT THE INK DOESN'T SMUDGE EASILY IF IT GETS A LITTLE WET LIKE SOME CHEAP INKS DO. ALSO IT APPEARS FROM MY USE WITH THESE INKS THAT DUE TO HOW IT'S CONSTRUCTED THE INK DOESN'T TEND TO DRY OUT. ONLY THING IS COST COULD REALLY RUN UP ON YOU IF YOUR PRINTING A LOT CONSIDERING IT RUNS UPWARDS OF 60 BUCKS.

the colored cartridges run out of ink even if rarely used

I like this cartridge very much and had been using for a longer time

Would not want to risk damaging my printer by using aftermarket or refilled ink cartridges in my HP printer. These cartridges are the only cartridges I would rely on for the continued performance of my printer which I use everyday.

HP ink is probably cheaper than some brands, but still a lot of money. I spent approximately $100.00 for replacement ink cartridges and thought that was a lot of money. I could almost buy a new printer for that.

Works well but seems to dry out quickly. Too expensive.

As with the H.P. ink I rather buy other type ink for a cheaper price . Can get twice as much. Only did it when I got something in the store and need it. H.P ink is great and only buy a H.P. printers. Ink is just to costly. try to avoid buying it if I can.

Cyan Ink was clogged up took too long to clean it out

it works great but ink is so over priced everywhere.

The ink cartridge died the night before. I needed it the next day, not two days later. I walked into the store and picked it up, brought it home and started printing right away!
