Best buy had a decent sale price so I bought the HP brand instead of a refill brand. The HP ink is more reliable for me - doesn't clog up the machine or empty prematurely. Ink is expensive, not much you can do about it.

Ink cartridges = the biggest rip-off in the computer industry. I hate buying ink cartridges. I do not mind a manufacturer making a profit, but the level of profit here is exorbitant.

No choice but this one. Hard to find but luckily Best Buy carries it and don't have to purchase in 2 pack since I don't know how long the printer will last.

I found that this ink can be purchased in other stores for a much lower price.

Well my hp printer kept saying this is not genuine hp ink.

Was given the wrong ink cartridges. This is a new printer to me, I did provide the correct printer ID to your representative and was given the wrong printer cartridges. I'm sure I can't bring them back for exchange.

Cartridge developed a leak shortly after installing. I'm done with HP printers. Bought a Cannon.

My printer was demanding I change the cartridges. So I changed them both, at great expense, and it still doesn't work!

I dread changing ink cartridges because it is such a challenge to open the package within which the cartirdidge is buried. Once I get the cartridge out it is easy to install and my printed output looks great, but it takes far too much time and energy to open the package. It distracts me from my work. Over many years I've never had a defective cartridge.

The price couldn't be better and the quality is what I've come to expect from HP products. Skeptical at first, but cartridge arrived the same as I had purchased locally. Half the price delivered to my home. Works as good as if it were purchased here off the shelf. Will do business again. Great product also arrived very fast.

I've been purchasing HP ink cartridges for years. I know there are vendors out there selling refilled cartridges which I've tried and haven't been satisfied with them. So I stick with the HP ink products which last much longer and the quality is so much better.
