the product was fine - as expected... the service at best buy was awful. I made purchase online so that I could pick up quickly. When I arrived at the store with my online receipt - it took staff 20 minutes to locate my item. 20 minutes! The sales guy who "helped" me did not communicate at all about what the problem was. He walked away from the counter and into the store for atleast 10 minutes only to return empty handed. Ultimately my item was found exactly where it was supposed to be but with the wrong name on it. I did not receive an apology. I will not buy another thing from Best Buy.

I like hp ink. Its the bestest ink. I used to use it a lot but now i dont so much so i rarely have to buy it

got it for my old printer. print output is excellent. very clear like original copy.

This is the last time i buy a HP printer. I had to replace two almost brand new cartridges only because they never had new upgrade drivers for apple computers.
