So wouldn't know it worked when my printer said the ink is damaged. Cleaned the heads and updated firmware and still said damaged. Best Buy doesn't carry this in stores. Well in hawaii anyway

I am currently international. When I returned internationally and replaced ink, it still kept giving me the error that ink was missing so I can only presume that the cartridges were not good

It obviously was a return that Best Buy just resold to me. Waste of $100.00 for me. Won’t be a returning customer again.

Please contact the seller about this. According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)."
