This product is great BUT to much money at this time , shop around if you have time!

Again, it's an ink cartridge. It does the job it's supposed to. Although, I wish it never ran out of ink!

HP ink cartridges are good, but the price of them are getting out of hand. The way HP locks up their market and pricing of ink cartridges is ridiculous. I'll be switching to another maker of printers in the future. This will be my last HP printer.

This product does exactly what it says. It puts ink on paper.

To my understanding, there is no choice. Had to buy the printing cartridges according to printer brand

It was a wired mouse. My mouse was worn out so picked up a mouse and ink for my Printer. all went well

For the price of the ink its good. It doesn't last as long as some of the other brand printers I have had.

Wasn't able to use as my printer had previously been used in another country (purchased in USA, however) and the regional code could not be reset on the printer to allow this cartridge to be used. I changed brands to Epson after this experience after years of being an HP user.

Ink seemed a little spotty this time. Don't know if it's the cartridge or the printer head

I always go to Best Buy to get laptops, programs, ink, & printers. They last forever.

The manufacturer's ink cartridges work as planned. No problems. I just wish they were less expensive.

do not buy ink from Best Buy. Cartridges were defective and printer said so at initial installation, yet i am now out $150+ for colr and black cartridges, no refund offered for black, and RUDE store manager in Winston Salem, NC refused to exchange or refund AFTER 800# told me to return to store

I wanted to have some genuine hp cartridges this time. However the quantity of copies was really not that good. In order to finish my project I had to continue in black and white. I’ll get back to the generic once.

The cassettes are easy to replace. Super easy to purchase especially with free shipping

Good quality, a little expensive but needed will buy again

I like the multi color pack for its convenience of not having to buy individual colors.
