Way Too Expensive

Is that ridiculous or what!

I am very sorry that your cartridges took so long to get to you. Unfortunately the delivery companies have all been having a hard time keeping up.
There has been a huge an increase in online orders during the holidays and the lockdowns. Things should get better soon.

I'm sorry you had troubles with a product breaking, but maybe this comment was misplaced, and it wasn't the cartridges that broke.
