    So easy to get my HP products at Best Buy! plus I get rewards points and handy reminders that I haven't been to the store in awhile and great deals are waiting on me. I need a new computer and may go there today to see all the happy people that work there. Next best thing to an Apple Store!!

    PRINT AND SCAN QUALITY ON THE UNIT ARE EXCELLENT. MY GRIPE IS THE CYAN CART TRIGGERS A SHUTDOWN OF THE MACHINE (8600) AND NOW ALL CARTS HAVE TO BE REPLACED. WHEN FIRST INSTALLED, THO, DIDN'T WORK. SO I REINSTALLED STARTUP CARTS, AND IT WORKED FOR A SHORT TIME, ONLY TO STOP AGAIN. REINSTALL NEW CARTS AND THIS TIME IT WORKS. WE'LL SEE HOW LONG IT LASTS THIS TIME.

    Since I have an HP printer, this is the ink that I always use. I have found that any other brand is just asking for problems. Store associate was accessible and walked me to the area where the ink was located and got me the correct product.

    I love shopping at Best Buy. I had fabulousC support ordering an iphone for my granddaughter christmas present. I always order my ink cartridge from there also. Quality ink and no problems with delivery.
