    The Best Buy store was helpful both over the phone and in person. I was pleased that an on-line price was honored at the store. My only concern is with my HP printer that wouldn't print in black when the yellow color cartridge ran out, but that's not Best Buy's fault.

    After reading the factory manual I was expecting to get many more prints out of a factory set of ink cartridges. the quality is excellent but the number of prints is much fewer than my 8 year old HP printer. Many $ for a full set of replacement cartridges so the number of prints will definitely be limited. New is never cheaper !

    Very expensive so we change out the printer for a less expensive ink we purchased aHP but before we brought the new printer we look to see what ink goes with that printer and the ink was cheaper

    So when I purchased my printer I wanted something that would only require two ink cartridges... Black and Color.... Which I was sold something totally different. That is what I get for not doing my homework. On a positive note the ink does have a pretty good life. I print a lot for work and school.
