    I love the HP ink products, and have used them almost exclusively for many years. I tried ink from other places/brands like OfficeMax, but those don't work well in the HP printers, even though they tell you they will!

    I was out of ink and I just happen to be in the store buying a iPad and ask the sale person did they have ink so I didn’t have it stop at another stop made my shopping easy

    I have no qualms with the product other than the fact that it is very expensive to replace both color sets in Black at the same time. It's almost like buying blades for a Gillette razor. But the ink works well, so I guess I'll have to live with it.

    I generally purchase our ink at an office store; however being at Best Buy, and knowing that the service at said office store is extremely poor, I chose to purchase at Best Buy. It was a bonus that they price match!

    I love ordering from Best Buy, specifically online to the store, I had an award certificate which made it even better. When I got to the store to pick up my ink that I needed right away everything went smoothly.

    have tried the cheap knock off brands of ink & although they are less expensive, they never work as well or last as long. Just wish the HP ink wasn't so expensive.
