    I wish ink lasted longer...it is such a scam for the ink for printers in general to be so expensive. I like my HP printer/fax/copy/scanner. It works great for my small home office.

    I had tried off-brand replacements and refilling ink cartridges.... they didn't last. I would recommend buying the brand from the manufacturer of the product to match your printer

    As is most company's making a killing on their water based ink with a few minerals and such thrown in, HP has long been the leader in these tactics. It's a shame that HP can"t lead the way in lowering the price of ink, but this is where they make their money, so they say. Quality control would also be nice as I recently replaced the yellow, ran two hundred pages of mostly black with a very few color, and now it's telling me the yellow is low.
