    Since I have an HP printer and must use HP ink, I was encouraged to buy the XL size of cartridge in both black and color. I am glad that I did! I get many more copies per cartridge now. Thanks!

    Bought this cartridge with 2 others(magenta),(yellow) the cyan did not work defective chip, yellow was new cartridge according to the description but got a refurbished on that also did not work after installing the cyan it fried my printer head(or caused it to stop working however you would prefer to say it) just won’t by printer supplies from best buy

    There was no ink in the cartridge. Unfortunately I installed it in my printer and threw away the packing and no longer able to go back to the store for a exchange. The printer is still not printing giving me the wrong ink cartridge warning and ink levels shoe there is no ink in the cartridge I just bought for 40 bucks.

      It seems your cartridge is giving you a bit of trouble. I have a few ideas to help you. In addition, I would suggest keeping the packaging until you have verified the cartridge is working. After arrival, checking the cartridge is recommended, so an exchange is plausible if required.

      The error message you are seeing might be due to the printer failing to recognize the new cartridge. To solve this, turn off the printer and remove the cartridge. Unplug the printer from the power source and restart the printer. Once those steps are complete, carefully reinsert the cartridge. Be sure you hear a clicking sound. That sound ensures the cartridge is secure. Try the cartridge again. If the cartridge does not work, chat with us at www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/.

    Nothing like the HP products I've purchased in the past. This is an XL product but I was out of ink with in a month. I'm positive that the canisters were not full of ink. I had to go out a purchase the same item from your competitor.

      I regret that the cartridge seemed to run out too quickly. That had to be disappointing particularly since it was an XL cartridge.

      If the poor performance appears to be due to a defective cartridge, please consider returning it to the seller.

    I purchased the wrong ink for my printer. Opened up the box but not the cartridge and they wouldn't take it back, So I ended up paying for a cartridge I didn't need or use . WATCH YOUR NUMBER WHEN PURCHASING INK.
