Costco does very inexpencive refills but they don't always work with HP ink as there cartridges have a proprietary chip. The costco refills worked on three of the 4 cartridges. I bought this product here because I was pretty much forced to. Nobody enjoys being cheated out of their hard earned money.

This is an XL product but I was out of ink with in a month. I'm positive that the canisters were not full of ink. I had to go out a purchase the same item from your competitor.

I made an online complaint but received no reply. Customer service does not seem to be a Best Buy priority. This model ink is often difficult to but in store and seldom or ever in bulk packaging.

I only have to buy ink, basically once a year. It just seems to last forever and ever and I like that! The XL goes on and on and on!
