    This ink is WAY too expensive for what you get. HP's way of making money I guess. I noticed no difference when I bought an off brand yellow ink cartridge, I noticed no difference in how long it lasted or the quality of ink. I won't be buying this ink again.

    Ordered a “new” yellow 951 cartridge. But what I revived was a refurbished yellow 951 xl cartridge. It did not work. I did not try to return it because they would have thought that I was trying to pull one over on them. I just won’t buy printer supplies from Best Buy again

      Hello,

      This situation is irritating. I apologize you had to order additional cartridges. I would like to explain what occurred. You experienced a clog in the cartridge. If this situation happens in the future, take the cartridge out. Soak a cotton swab in warm water. Apply the cotton swab to the printhead. Put a towel down under the cartridge and gently tap. This action might clear the clog.

    thir hp ink cartridge des not fit my office Jet Pro 9020 series. I will need to return this for one that is compatible and will contact customer service with the order number for a shipping label.
