    Nothing like the HP products I've purchased in the past. This is an XL product but I was out of ink with in a month. I'm positive that the canisters were not full of ink. I had to go out a purchase the same item from your competitor.

      I regret that the cartridge seemed to run out too quickly. That had to be disappointing particularly since it was an XL cartridge.

      If the poor performance appears to be due to a defective cartridge, please consider returning it to the seller.

    Ink ran low, bought the refill, then print head error message came regardless of the new or old cartridge. Tried cleaning printer head, still missing. The 8600 got 86d. Never to print again.

    Great ink. Long life. Use primarily for business. Easy to pop out old cartridges and install new ones. I am overall happy with the quality of HP ink.

    For what ever reason, I have owned several Officejet Pro Printers over the years, but this one is special! I only have to buy ink, basically once a year. It just seems to last forever and ever and I like that! The XL goes on and on and on!

    Colors and printer (HP Officejet 8620) are great. the XL black, of course, lasts the longest. I wish that the colors lasted longer too. We refill ours at the local Costco for better savings.

    Eh it's okay. I'd definitely recommend the XL version because it has an extended life vs. the non-XL. Doesn't really matter that much UNLESS you buy the Cyan and Magenta XL versions too. Otherwise, the printer will only print black and white. The ink isn't really the problem, it's the printer.
