    Since I did not know about the Instant Ink program, I purchased extra ink cartridges when I bought the printer. I could not set up the printer w/o dealing with Instant Ink. I am still trying to cancel the Instant Ink program, with no success. VERY AGGRAVATING

    Dont but HP products. Even if one of your colors go out you cant print anything even in black and white so youre forced to buy a whole extra set of ink.

    I rarely use color ink, yet when I checked the balance - it is almost empty! I feel I purchased an empty package of 952XL ink. it should still br full due to my not printing any thing color!!!

    I bought this for when the new printer ink ran out but HP has an automatic ink replacement based on how many pages you print plus you never run out and less money. I had to make a trip to return this.

    I think its a good product. Like every other ink option, its a bit expensive. However, my printer will not recognize knockoffs so I have to pay their price. I guess you get what you pay for. I have never gotten a dried up hp ink cartridge, but I have the cheaper brands.

    Always purchase authentic HP ink for your HP printers. I buy these 3 packs so I always have replacement cartridges handy and the three pack provides the best value. Best Buy will normally always have these in stock which is very helpful too.
