    This product was purchased to supply in for the printer used by our small office. We have 10 members of our office using this same printer/copier. Need to have a good black in cartridge that will last a long time.

    Holds a lot of ink and easy to install. Seldom needs cleaning or alignment. Still very expensive for ink.

    We don't use a ton of ink but have gone the route of refilling cartridges and it is usually hit or miss. We are happy to have the OEM ink.

    So far I have really enjoyed getting automatic shipments straight to my door just before I run out of an ink color. I like the genuine HP XL ink cartridges best. They last longer & you save money.

    Upon purchasing and installing the HP 952XL black ink cartridge, I have decided I will not return to using the standard cartridge, as the XL is more cost efficient and no frequent cartridge replacements.
