    says can be used to replace 954XL, well thats a lie. Printer does not recognize it; and of course its past the return date. now I'm stuck with it

      I am sorry the cartridge is incompatible. There are a few ways to fix this situation in the future. First, did you write down the serial number from your previous cartridge? That number is crucial to ordering the right thing the next time. I also recommend checking cartridges when you receive them so the return period doesn't run out. Did the cartridge fit in the printer? If it did not, then it is the wrong type. If you got an error message, contact support immediately.

      Let's work to resolve this issue together! I would like to apologize for your experience. I can see how replacing all the cartridges at once is wasteful. Instead of replacing cartridges with some ink left, try to remove them from the printer. Shut down the printer and restart it. Then, reinsert the old cartridges. This tactic allows you to use the old cartridges and for the printer to recognize them.

    This is crazy for ink. We buy the printers, & they get us in the ink. It is what it is. We have not many options for doing this.
