    Low rating has nothing to do with the quality of HP's product. It's great and lasts very long (I purchase once a year). However, unfortunately, Best Buy took very long to deliver these inks and when they finally showed up, they sent me fake ones! Be careful! I had to exchange them in store for the real deal. Thankfully, in the end, they made right on their wrong.

    Doesn’t have the HP logo. Came in a HP box but when opened say inktopia? The cartridge does not work!! Not happy.

      I am really sorry to hear that the cartridge you received seems to be counterfeit. This should never happen, of course! I can understand your annoyance and would like to help you with this problem.

      I would suggest checking the authenticity of a newly delivered cartridge. We have many vendors of our products and therefore sometimes counterfeit ones are being sold. You can check the authenticity of your cartridges here: hp.com/go/anticounterfeit
