HP ink

Not consistent

Best buy would not refund or check it out for me. What a waste of $50.00. Will not go back to purchase from Best Buy

Good warranty experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wouldn't normally write a review for an ink cartridge, but I had a satisfying experience with HP after my previous cartridge failed after only 10% usage. It was not a painless experience. They wanted a lot of info. Fotunately, I am computer savvy and could find out everything, but I believe they would have walked me through it or ignored a few fields if I needed. In the end, a replacement cartridge was shipped to me by FedEx (or maybe DHL) after only a day or two. Some service.
