Good product, poor service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In the middle of writing Christmas letters on the computer, I ran out of ink, ordered more online, and sent my husband to pick up the 2 cartridges. "Take 2, they're on sale." But they only had one, and since I had ordered two, he couldn't just take one. So we waited...and waited...and waited for several days for the order to come in to the store. Moral of this story: Plan ahead and stock up on ink before you run out.

Great computer for those who know how to use it.

My human intro was quick and brief and I was not given leadership to internet access on instructions to guide me thru the use of the computer. Everything I asked about was "You'll have to buy it" and after spending over #3,000.00 something should have came with the computer to assist on its usage,
