Bought printer online on sale. I live 2 hours from the nearest best buy. Printer arrived timely, but when j went to set it up it wouldn't turn on. Checked power cord and it was fine. Couldn't just return to store due to where I live. When j called they said to ship it to them via a UPS label they would email to me and I would get another one sent to me in return. Well that never happened. So I called again and was told they would go ahead and really email me a shipping return label "this once for me." What?! So frustrating that this product didn't work.

this printer is adequate for my small home office. It is yet to give me any issues (I'll keep my fingers crossed)

I am glad I made the purchase for the amount of printing I do it works well I have had no problems printing from my laptop or smart phone as well as making copies of other documents I recommend for home use esp with my grandkids who are typing reports and printing

Wireless didn't work at first but just had to rerun CD and it all worked fine!!

Perfectly acceptable general use printer. Produces good quality documents even on draft setting. Had some issues with paper jamming, but I always use both sides of paper so that might be the issue

For school and small day to day needs, The HP Desk Jet, All-in-one is perfect. Once dry the ink looks a tad grainy so not recommended for high profile professional work. However, Ideal for any college or High school student, or the young professional striking out for the first time. I also cross checked prices at Sams Club, and Staples, best price for printer and ink. Meets my current houshold needs.

I purchased it as a basic printer at home. I usually print out documents I need at work but thought it would be convenient to have a printer at home. This one also has scan/copy, and bluetooth function as well. One down-side is the speed. It takes forever to print out things. I would say it definitely worth buying but not for your primary printer..
