I wish I had not bought this product.

Even though it is a little slow, it pints excellent quality documents. The problem is that it will not print more than 3-4 pages at a time before an error light comes on stating that it cannot print the document and the job is then cancelled. If you need a printer that will print 1 or 2 pages at a time, this is the printer for you; however, if you need to print larger documents I suggest you find another printer. I've tried reloading the software at least twice with the same results. I'm very disappointed because I love HP products but this printer is a lemon. I will be buying another printer.
