I bought this printer to replace my old HP deskjet. I love that I can print on different sizes of paper like my old printer. The scanner is very easy to use. I love the simplicity of this printer!

I needed an "all-in-one" for mostly scanning and copying. This is a great value for the features. I like the small size; fits well on my desk. The system installed very fast and easily using the CD and on-line connection. The scanning was a little tricky to figure out--no instructions on how to use. It is a separate software that is installed on your desktop. You can't use buttons on the machine to scan. Other than that, it is exactly what I needed for a great price.

I was a little apprehensive about going wireless but am happy I did. Still haven't been able to connect to my tablet but that's because I don't know what I'm doing. Plus the price was right.

I've had this printer for a month or so now. It gets used everyday by my kids and I use it frequently to scan documents to pdf. Easy access to ink cartridges (which seem to last fairly long) and extremely easy to set up. Great for families!

This is perfect for my needs. I needed an inexpensive Bluetooth printer to print from my iPad. Easy to use. Quality is fine to print emails and receipt of purchases made from the iPad. Probably wouldn't recommend this to be a main printer.

Basic printer, scanner, copier that met the needs for which is was purchased. Good print and speed for general, not high demand work.

My how times have changed. I remember when wireless scanning was a pipe-dream. Not anymore. The 2540 was super easy to set up. I had it up and running on our network in under ten minutes. Print quality is what you'd expected from a non-photo-centric AIO. Prints fast. Scans faster. Wakes up quickly when needed. It's a decent sized foot print so it will definitely need a spot on the desk but is by no means as large as the old monster AIOs HP was so fond of in the early 2000s. If you need a good printer for work or school with a scanner I recommend this one.

It is a good printer for a beginner or just to have a wireless printer at home. It connected easily, was not complicated at all.

My old HP lasted over 10 yrs but when it finally gave up I went searching Best Buy for its replacement. This printer was a Great price and has a built in scanner and can be connected to your PC or tablet via wireless connection.

This solution was purchased for its size, flexibility, cost, and most of all the construction. The printer is being used in an automotive shop and is performing flawlessly.

Easy to set up - and working well so far with laptop. I thought is would be simpler to set it up to print from ipad but haven't mastered yet/ Probably operator challenged.

I bought this printer because the one I was using started to do strange things and break down. I really like it because it is wireless capable and prints out great in color. It was on sale and has turned out to be a great value.

This was our first wireless Printer and we were a bit unsure how hard the install would be...no fear. It was a snap and can now print from our laptops, i phone or i pad!

This style of HP printer has been around for years. It is a great home printer for doing cardstock and labels, stuff doesn't ever jam because it is a top feed. Only thing I would change is to have a borderless function, it cuts off text or graphics because it has a set margin you can not change. That said, for the price, this is a good buy.

This little printer works well, can be used with your phone or tablet, and wireless.

I wish this thing has a scanner, and a larger paper feeder. Other than that, it is a good, solid printer that has been very consistent. And the price was right.

Simple, basic, uncomplicated, but needs the print cartridges ship program. This model does not qualify for this program. Wireless print program is helpful.

I honestly got this printer just because it was on sale. I think it is good just to print once in a while. I use it for school so it works perfect for me.

This was my first wireless printer and I love it. I'm a student and this wireless printer works well with my MAC and iPad.
