Printer is working properly. Easy to install. Only the ink is very low after printing almost 20 pages

Its working really good but a little bit slowly In general its recommended

I love how it makes the copies clear and very pretty. 100 percent recommended.

I loved the price and what all it will do. It is very hard to install on the computer and I am still not connected. It is probably user error and I will be contacting customer service to assist me.

Product that I bought is being returned due to the manufacture based on it does not mean to security levels or the 5G requirements to be able to function as of today it's been since February first that this transaction was showing an infraction is taking us to August 21st to finally get a a possible refund as well as the one in one service prescription plan refunded since February we will see what the outcome I strongly suggest you check the capability of its security values and I really do like an HP product but at this time this specific printer does not meet requirements let alone be functionable as a service after a $300 investment to use this product not only through my internet service being changed to another service because they were saying that was the issue as well as the time that is taking me to invest with the issues were and spending two and a half hours on a phone with them to finally figure out that we were correct including a check and balance system again with the internet system that I use which is Armstrong met all the requirements that were needed it shows that it will receive a Wi-Fi signal but does not connect to the internet because Microsoft says that it's application of device does not meet a security levels so does Norton and also 360 in regards to how it's being secured as well as Microsoft security system as well at this time this HP printer is a failure to its own self hopefully I receive my money back

It is a good printer for the price. I messed up, didn't notice that it didn't print 2 sided, which I was really used to with the printer it replaced!

While printer works for my needs….the electrical plug is crap. I’ve had 2 manually tape it 2 keep it from falling off…even that doesn’t work well. For the price I paid…I guess I can deal…but it is annoying

Seems like a good printer for the price but haven't been able to connect to it over the wifi yet.

This printer was simple to set up and easy to print from. As soon it lost WiFi signal it was basically just a paperweight no amount of resetting or deleting and redownloading even moving it to a different location helped. Hp’s customer service ran me though the same process probably 5-6 times. Prior to this issue I would have recommended this printer but now I’m thinking you’re better off just spending a little more and getting something different

Once you get it working, it's great....getting it to work with your network is tricky. A tad slow, if printing a lot, but it gets the job done.
