Hate having to setup online with app. Very tedious and challenging. My info light won't go out even though it has printed the instructions numerous times. And according to troubleshooting posts I'm not alone so there's obviously a flaw causing the light to stay on. The printer works great. If not for the hassle I would have given it 5 stars

Could be me, but this printer has not worked, except to power on and flash it's display lights, since I received it. Now, I finally as my seller for assistance setting it up aka "Installation", only to discover there are exhorbant charges for any and all of Best Buy's product support services, even to assist an elderly and/or disabled customer with installing their purchases product. So, not only have customers just paid for your product, but then must pay again/even more than purchase price when they lack necessary skills, education or professional training to install what they bought totally correctly on their own. That really sucks, and you are losing my business because the item I bought in good faith can't even be used- at least not by me. I suspect there's no defect or malfunction with my new printer, and confess to a complete lack of even the must entry level tech saavy-like, I admit I may not have quite set it up right, cuz I NEED HELP. It seems like bad business and not fair or equitable that one should suffer by not being able to access everyday living technology just because they're not an expert plumber/electrician/tech dude.......I am totally disappointed, feel mislead, and stuck using my neighbor's printer (& having to replace her ink!$$) Well, thanks

Its fine.. according to prize. The quality is not really good

The printer was easy to set up with the hp smart app being able to sync the printer with different devices is amazing.

This is a decent cheap printer for a very light duty cycle. The biggest issue i have is that HP does everything possible to push you into their print as a service model where you pay for every page printed rather than buying ink. And the worst thing is that if you agree to their model you can not buy third party ink.

I got this super cheap during Black Friday sale and it was so simple to install and makes great pictures that I send from my phone. A+ product!!

Useful for home users if you do not have much print needed.

Slow printing, but that doesnt matter so much for the little printing I do.

Great printer. Love the 6 month free ink. Ive scanned and printed easily and effortlessly. Tech team was very helpful assisting me during set up.

Bit tough to navigate without a screen interface, but it works once set up.

Does what it’s supposed to do and it hasn’t clogged yet. I figure printing at least once a week should keep it from malfunctioning.

This is probably a very good printer. I believe it fits my needs. I'm yet to use it.

It’s been a phenomenal product for me and really helped to fulfil documents printing and scanning needs for my family as a whole

for a family and simple taks is perfect, the problem is when you need a new cartridge you pay more than for the printer it self, buy a generic one dispite what HP says, even if you lose warranty, is less expensive and it works as good as if not better.
