You pay for what you get. My last HP printer lasted me for years. It won't contact my wifi. It's hard to troubleshoot to find out what isn't working. Can't say don't buy because I would have to pay more than I can afford.

Not able to get this set up - too difficult to air link. Exchanged it for a 4255e with a wire connection and am happy with the new one. The exchange was handled easily at Best Buy

I actually didn't open this and returned it. I bought a model below this one and had issues with the HP app, the desktop app and had to call HP twice to troubleshoot. It would work then needed firmware that could only be located by having HP remote in. When it worked it was great, compact and did everything needed. If i didn't use for a while it would have issues out of nowhere. I returned this to wait for a deal on a different brand to try.

Slow and quality is not that good. Need to spend more money to buy quality printer.

It's not a good copier and printer, everytime you print there's always missing words and letters.

Bought 2, and both had issues out of the box. 1 eventually worked, but the other wouldn't recognize new ink cartridges. Eventually dispatched it with slugs and 9mm.

Not printing well after a few uses. Had to return to Best Buy, got credit toward a newer HP model!

Not a very good printer, photo printing size was stuck blowing up one corner to full paper size. Good luck getting help online. Cheaply made, Reinstalling the os it wound not acknowledge the front opening door was closed so that failed in that as well.

Good price for a printer to use occasionally. Had issues with loading the app for the printer though.

Cheaply made no instructions. Had to look at Youtube for instructions how to install ink.

Quality of print is not good. Expected colors are not coming!!

I had the same one before and it kept printing the test page each time it started up.

HP requires I sign up with the subscription service, even when I replace the ink. I already replaced this with an Epson.

Won't print constantly. Has voids in color and black cartridges. Replace with new cartridges and after a couple of prints starts messing up with streaks and voids. Don't recommend. Even with Instant ink replacement cartridges are worthless.

I hate this it doesn't connect via wifi doesn't have a Ethernet port or USB port. No touchscreen, this thing should be back in 1997 where it belongs

Horrible connectivity. Would not connect to wifi or locate any devices.

Thought it would have been a little easier to set up and get printing right away, it wasn’t.

I was not impressed! It took almost a minute to print a page! I returned it!

Excellent work from Tech Benito. Very helpful and patient. Teach you what need to be done, put easy access to difficult unreached program. Making it simple and economical use of resources. Well done job!

Garbage WiFi connectivity and app is useless if you don’t use it everyday. I print once a month and the thing forgets who it is everytime and is a nightmare to reconnect. Do not reccomend
