Too complicated to install and did not accept windows 7 from my laptop. Very disappointed

Low cost but does a lot. Scan, Copy, fax . Also save as attachments and later send.

Always offline even if you’re in the middle of printing. It works for few prints and then it goes offline.I even bought a cable printer.

Didn’t even notice when I had ink cartridges on my mail, that’s cool but you need to register mail and all the stuff, ink don’t last long but refills are on the way

Returned printer. Not easy to set up. Wanted it to make individual copies. Not straight forward, too many steps. Didn't look that good either.

This product is terrible. I bought this at the end of November and it wont feed the paper and makes a horrible sound. I will be taking it back.

Printer isnt compatible with 5g. Tried for days to hook it up and I finally got them on the phone to tell me it wouldn’t connect due to service.
