    I'm actually extremely upset that I ordered this and all the way up until delivery at my door like literally showed up to deliver my package after entering my complex to cancel my order and then take a couple of weeks for my refund which made it difficult for me to order another one on top of I tried to reorder it and it wouldn't let me I was so upset when I called customer service and nobody was able to help me other than oh well is the response I got from the service I will probably never order from here again it cost a huge disruption when I needed that printer ASAP

    This is a remarkably good, basic, simple printer for a very reasonable price. We are very happy with our purchase. The Instant Ink program will be interesting and could be a great convenience. Already HP has sent us a spare set of ink to have on hand without our having to do anything -- impressive.
