    Nice for small home office usage. Photocopies well. Replacing cartridges is very easy. Interface software for checking supply levels and fixing errors or stopping mid-print is easy and fast to do. Works on a network with bluetooth on or off. Currently connecting to a mobile phone as well.

    The printer drives me crazy. All the lights flash in an error mode. I have had no luck in getting a diagnosis. I tried putting in new HP cartridges and that didn't help. Luckily I can use it, if I press the power button, it will cycle and the error lights go off. After a while they come back on. It's just a pain to have to go in another room and press the power button to clear the errors every time we want to print.

    If I could give this printer a negative rating, I would. Over its entire lifespan, it has printed fewer than 100 pages. Almost every time I needed to use it, it malfunctioned. I was repeatedly prompted to subscribe to Instant Ink, which I eventually did — but even then, I was only able to print a handful of pages before the same issues returned. HP’s tech support was equally frustrating and provided no meaningful help. Between the unreliable printer and the poor support, this has been a completely disappointing experience. I will never purchase another HP printer again.

    Installation instructions are somewhat opaque. works fine with a printer cable to computer. Does not need to be set up with wifi. Works fine. Print quality is not the greatest, but price was great.

    Printer works great once setup. Setup was challenging in so that the printer had to be REALLY close to the main router. This hiccup didn't make sense, but once we got past this - the printer has been great

    HP is an absolute scam. To use the printer you have to use an app, a terrible one at that. Then, to print you have to sign up for their ink subscription and PAY FOR YOUR PAGES. You can *try* to just use regular purchased cartridges but they don't work. Also, this thing never stays connected to the wifi. I had to re-set it up every single time I tried to use it. I had trouble even giving this thing away! NEVER AGAIN. There's a reason it's so cheap!
