    The printer drives me crazy. All the lights flash in an error mode. I have had no luck in getting a diagnosis. I tried putting in new HP cartridges and that didn't help. Luckily I can use it, if I press the power button, it will cycle and the error lights go off. After a while they come back on. It's just a pain to have to go in another room and press the power button to clear the errors every time we want to print.

    I think this is the worst printer I've ever purchased. It constantly goes offline for not apparent reason. Printer status shows it's connected to wifi, so why is it offline? No idea. How do I get it back online? Also, no idea. If you turn it off and then back on, that might work. Or it might not. There's no rhyme or reason to it. When it does work, the print quality is not great - it's legible, but fuzzy. I would say that you get what you pay for, but it would have had to be free.

    For just a basic copy machine this one is so much better than two that I paid more for. It doesn’t do two sides but it works without getting all messed up and the ink lasts a lot longer!!
