    I just got this started and it works pretty good. I wish it had more space for the paper holder,and a longer platform for the paper to come out. This item is still a good buy.

    Great option for a budget printer and love the ink subscription option. HP app is great and the printer was easy to setup over WiFi. Prints great and really happy with the purchase.

    The quality of the colored ink is subpar. I printed only three colored photos and the ink started running out, thus the reason they give you free ink. I will probably return it.

    Had difficulty seting up unit, intial ink supply did not last very long. Very awkward to use, must manually reverse paper if printing on both sides. For the pice, don't expect a lot.

    It all worked it helped to know to be nore careful next time i order something to turn it in if i dont want it anymore on the required date i never knew that it would be such a problem for me, the best buy people were very patient with me at the store

    Was hard to figure out connection but once you get it it’s a good printer. Sometimes have to reconnect and takes a little while to figure out again. But can print from anywhere.

    just needed a scanner printer copier for household use and this fits the bill. makes a very clear copy and is more than adequate for occasional needs. scanning is simple using the app.

    This is a horrible printer. I barely used it and then one day it just stopped printing at all. I bought new HP certified ink from Staples and nothing. It took forever to get to someone in Support only for them to tell me I have to send in the printer and then get a new one. The whole process is time consuming and not worth it. I wish I would have spent more money and STAYED AWAY from HP. I had an older HP that I had for 5 years if not more. The quality is HORRIBLE and the Support and Customer Service is subpar

    Good to use, just having some difficulties in setting up the wireless connection. This printer is Instant-Ink applicable. Air Print is available for this machine so you can print directly from your iPhone

    Got it because it was on sale. Easy to setup. Sometimes have issues with it connecting to devices after being turned off. Sometimes have to add and remove printer multiple times before it will print.

    Seems great to me but I haven't used it much since my MacBook pro died on me but I bot it to print from mobile without any PC laptop or addl software req other than on mobile but it isn't the easiest the mobile setup or finding instructions for my phone specifically but I'm sure it'll b fine. Shoulda came with the instructions.
