This printer was simple to set up and easy to print from. As soon it lost WiFi signal it was basically just a paperweight no amount of resetting or deleting and redownloading even moving it to a different location helped. Hp’s customer service ran me though the same process probably 5-6 times. Prior to this issue I would have recommended this printer but now I’m thinking you’re better off just spending a little more and getting something different

I loved the price and what all it will do. It is very hard to install on the computer and I am still not connected. It is probably user error and I will be contacting customer service to assist me.

NEW PRINTER IS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS. SO GLAD WE WERE ABLE TO GO INTO THE STORE, MALL OF NH AND SEE WHAT IS OUT THERE. THE STORE MANAGER CHRIS WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING US.

Replaced my old printer after it stopped printing and fully stopped after eight years and saw this on sale and bought it. So far it works amazing! Print quality is alright and even though the build quality of the printer isn't the best, it gets the job done. Setting up was not fun with Macos as the application kept closing out and would not open up the browser windows and was slow. Luckily if you have Macos you will not need to use the hp app a bunch after setup as you can use the printer application thats already on Macos

Exelent printer I got it on sale for 29.00 dollars with free ink for 3 months ,very easy to setup on wireless toke less than 5 minutes to get it work ..

Just after a couple uses, not printing good horrible

I wish the power button was on front and not the top because it's hard to get to...other than that I like it so far.

Nice copier has all the features you would expect, my only negative is it does not print as fast as my older Cannon.

It did everything that I expected and wanted it to do I would recommend this product to anyone who just wants to get a simple printer.

I hate myself for buying this. I am constantly having to reset this dreadful printer. Don't buy this printer. Stay away. You will be forced to subscribed to HP's ink and paper subscription. If you print a lot, then the subscription might be worth it. The subscription is like $8 per month for like 150 pages per month. The printer ain't worth garbage, at least not this model. This printer is a headache. Stay far away from this model...The ink is like $60 to replace.

While printer works for my needs….the electrical plug is crap. I’ve had 2 manually tape it 2 keep it from falling off…even that doesn’t work well. For the price I paid…I guess I can deal…but it is annoying

Easy to setup…. The HP app for printing and scanning is priceless. So far i’ve had zero issues using refilled cartridges…. Fingers crossed. Excellent quality at a low price.

Worth deal and loved it and making maximum use of the device. But doesnt prints same with all types of paper

Ask store associates for a quality wifi printer and this is what they recommended. I told them what i needed and unfortunately they bit the dust on this one. Tales time to warm up, doesnt connect every time. Im techy so i know what im doing and this turned out to be a bust. If your on a budget this is for you. If you have serious work, find better

I don't recommend this printer. I needed an emergency printer when my Canon all-in-one decided to self-terminate itself. It does not support borderless printing and I did not realizeit until I wasted about 10 4"x6" photo papers. The smallest border is 1/4" x 1/4" x1/4" x 1/2" so you end up with a 3-3/4" x 5- 1/2". Why would you be able to print normal 4x6" photos but not support borderless printing? It also forces you to sign up with HP to use the scan and other features. Sign-up does not work when it redirects you to use your default web browser with Windows 11 Chrome, MS Edge, MS Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox. I had to download Duckduckgo's browser to sign up. Also, this printer is slow to print, and slow to scan, and is good only for basic document printing. I suggest you not print photos with this printer. For a sub $50 printer when on sale it is decent for basic printing, other than that I suggest you look elsewhere. Lastly, I printed three color pictures, and more than half of the color ink was used with the factor printer cartridges. In the future, I will no longer be buying HP or Canon.
