Good printer. It was my bad for not checking this beforehand, but double-sided printing is not an option. Initially had problems connecting to wifi, but all is well now.

Positive: Good basic WiFi connected inkjet printer. Works great with iOS. Negative: limited support on older Mac OS

Could be me, but this printer has not worked, except to power on and flash it's display lights, since I received it. Now, I finally as my seller for assistance setting it up aka "Installation", only to discover there are exhorbant charges for any and all of Best Buy's product support services, even to assist an elderly and/or disabled customer with installing their purchases product. So, not only have customers just paid for your product, but then must pay again/even more than purchase price when they lack necessary skills, education or professional training to install what they bought totally correctly on their own. That really sucks, and you are losing my business because the item I bought in good faith can't even be used- at least not by me. I suspect there's no defect or malfunction with my new printer, and confess to a complete lack of even the must entry level tech saavy-like, I admit I may not have quite set it up right, cuz I NEED HELP. It seems like bad business and not fair or equitable that one should suffer by not being able to access everyday living technology just because they're not an expert plumber/electrician/tech dude.......I am totally disappointed, feel mislead, and stuck using my neighbor's printer (& having to replace her ink!$$) Well, thanks

Great printer! This was a gift for my dad and he loves it. It's easy to use and it prints in high quality. This was his first printer and he is very happy with it.

For home use this is more than enough, we bought this as a replacement of the Oder version which we used for 7 years

Basic printer that completes its function. It works perfectly without any failure. Highly recommended if what you want is a machine for printing and scanning.

Easy to use price was great I bought as a gift. I have one also .love that you can print what you want to that us on your phone and computer. Would highly recommend.

Good enough for the money. The one negative is that color photo prints tend to be a little washed out and not vivid.

It worked fine the first few months, limited printing. Now it will randomly work, but more often it will not print. It doesn't matter if I connect from my phone or laptop. I'll disconnect the power, sometimes that works. I can always hit the "i" and get a useless information page printed, why that works fine and nothing else? It's beyond me. Eventually, I might be able to get something to print but suddenly the ink doesn't appear. It's awfully frustrating.

I bought this mostly for a vision board party but ended up keeping it myself, it’s a really good computer to use. We had some issues setting it up but nothing too difficult.
