    Started out strong -- I just needed a budget all-around printer for printing things out or scanning things every once in a while. After the first couple months (using it about 3 times), everything was going swimmingly. I thought I got a great value. But suddenly, it just completely stopped printing things correctly -- the alignment, ink application, and ink density were so inconsistent and incomplete on anything I printed that it became a waste of ink and paper. I tried resetting it, swapping ink cartridges out etc -- no dice. I was told it is now outside the return window, so all I can do is bring it into a store for a "current value" trade-in. I'm sure that will barely cover the cost of driving there. Overall, I'm highly disappointed.

    I am a home user for simple printing and scanning. This printer was very easy to set up. I did call HP customer service for help -that was quick and easy. It was a great purchase for the money. It isn't as fast or as quiet as my last printer- but it does everything that printer did for 1/3 of the price.

    this is a very basic printer. it does not print double sided. the ink runs out extremely fast and I was less than impressed with the quality. I am glad that I have the Best Buy total protection membership because I didn't plug up the printer within the first 15 days to see that I did not like this printer for what I needed it for so thank goodness I was able to return this printer and get a different one. I am not saying this is not a good printer, but for what I was needing it for it wasn't suitable. If you are just needing just a simple basic printer to print every now and again then this would be a great option.
