    I am really not with it. At first I had problems loading the paper. Finally got it going. I cannot get it to print now. Checked my settings and no clue. Spoke with my techy daughter today and after hours of talking with support, she went out and bought a different model. Im planning on buying a different brand this week, because I cant do daily fights with a printer. Oh - and the new cartiges they sent were empty. What a disappointment. I doubt I can get any money back for it, but I will try.

    I needed a printer/scanner for another room and the Black Friday price deal at Best Buy was exceptional. This is a pretty good printer for occasional printing as it is somewhat slow but the quality is fine. It does not allow for a scan to go directly from the printer to your computer....there is an email process to scan by using the HP Smart App on your iPhone or Android to initiate the scan, and the time it takes to accomplish a simple scan is ridiculous compared to other HP Printers. Just keep in mind that this is a lower end HP model....for occasional printing it is fine, but other models may be more suitable. (I love my HP Envy printer which is the primary one I use).

    Good price, fast service--However HP's attempt to control my printing by requiring approved ink cartridges is un-acceptable. Best Buy should warn customers.

    This is the worst printer I have owned in my life. Please read the negative reviews, they are there for a reason, the printer goes offline and then it will take you an hour to reconnect it to the app, that if it does. You end up resetting the printer and it still will not connect. Do not buy, spend a few more bucks and buy one that will actually work and help you.
