Perfect for my on the go inspection service!!! A++

Purchased printer for mom. We had a difficult time getting it connected to internet directly from the computer. Called help desk, encouraged to use phone app. Mom isn’t too tech savvy and doesnt want to use the app. Might be taking this one back.

Awful. I understand you get what you pay for but this is below cheap. The first few weeks I noticed paper jams, random crashes and misaligned pages but it’s a cheap printer. Now I tried printing a 300 page document and it stopped after 50 pages. File is gone. On top of that I’ve printed less than 100 total and the ink is already bad. Just awful and embarrassing how low HP has fallen. Luckily Best Buy has a return window though I am surprised they would sell a product this poor.

Manager is horrible rude and uncooth!!!!!!! I will never go back there.

I purchased this for my granddaughter. She loves it. It also came with 9 months of ink.

I bought this printer online and I first received an obviously used printer that was defective. The box was taped close with a flimsy paper tape and all the accessories packaging and printer protective film were removed. When I first plugged in the printer it almost all the buttons flashed orange light, so it was not possible to setup the WiFi. Why did Best Buy send an opened item when I bought it as new?? When I contacted the online Geek Squad agent, he ignored everything I wrote in the message box and recommended me to schedule an In-home consultation!?? And when I asked about how can I get the Wifi setup to work he gave a solution that is completely unrelated to this printer model... I decided to exchange the item at Best Buy in person and the person at the cash register was courteous and efficient. Finally setting up the new exchanged printer was a breeze, but I was not able to print with AirPrint nor Adobe Acrobat. Only printing from a chrome Adobe plugin was possible, but hey at least I can print something with this cheap printer. It was such a waste of time and a disappointing experience.

Can't beat it for the price ($99 on sale). Print quality is excellent, but setup wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. Fortunately, a chat session with HP Support did solve the problem.

Works fine. The instant ink shipments came right on time as promised.

I'm not sure how HP can design and sell a printer that doesn't print, but they sure have hit the mark with that one. I think I've been able to print 10 pages successfully since I purchased this printer. Not counting test pages.

Got this during a daily deal just when my other printer stopped working. So far so good

The set up is complicated but once you set it up it works perfectly

It's the ink subscription that did me in. The lowest tier only allows you to print ten pages. A month. Before it forces you to upgrade to another tier. And then if you don't print, the ink dries up and becomes unusable in the machine anyway. I only got about a month's use out of it before I stopped using it. I just bought a non-subscription laser printer to replace it. It's a loss but I DON'T CARE.

Not a fan of this printer, although I have kept it only because the return time has lapsed. It is Bluetooth enabled and has significant lag time in responding to printing...when it does finally decide to print. The app constantly says searching for printer as I'm literally sitting right next to it. It took me almost 2 days to figure out and finally set the thing up. It's more of a hassle to me than worth it. I've used it twice! Regret not returning it.

my daughter set it up she did have a little confusion with the ink but it was cause she didnt turn it on before trying to put them in lol read the instructions throughly!! Prints smoothly and the app isnt all that complicated we havent figured our double sided printing though.
