printer is excellent for a teenager gave as a christmas gift

When the ink/toner needed to be changed, I could not get the printer to recognize the new ones. I bought HP cartridges, I tried generics - nothing worked. No troubleshooting fixed this, and no good answers from HP. Before this, it would also need to be remapped almost every time I used it. I don't understand how a large corporation.coukd sell such crap.

Exceptional value, does more than expected, would recommend and would encourage getting the ink program, it comes with free 9 months of ink. Great deal

I never figured out how to hook it up. They want me to sign up for a subscription for at least 1.98 a month for ink, but I don’t use it that much.

This printer worked okay for a few months -- the quality of the printing is not the highest, but that's to be expected with a printer at this price point. After a few months of owning this printer, it disconnected itself from the wifi and could not reconnect (and the printer works exclusively over wifi). I've spent several hours talking with customer service and the problem has not been resolved -- they sent me new ink cartridges as their "solution"

Works good.. connected easily and ran out of ink quick af.

Printer is good. But cartridges are quicker and need to be restocked quickly

I bought this printer as an "emergency" replacement; my old printer die on me in the middle of working on important documents that were needed ASAP, so I went out to BB and got the cheapest color printer I could find. Very basic, very simple, not very easy to install, but so far, it's working. Consume ink very fast, and overall, prints quality is fairly good. Still, I will get a new Laser color printer to replace my old one and keep this one as a back up.

I had lots of issues with the HP Deskjet 2734e from set up and continuing into printing documents and photos. HP support is convoluted so each time I print I go on an internet search. I work in media and tech so my computer system is regularly update and I can usually can problem solve. This is my 6th printer and while I've run into occasional problems with others, this one has a problem every time. Due to Best Busy short return window I'll have to dump it and move on.

I ordered a wireless printer, i was told it would come on a certain day and it didnt. Also, the ink was leaking so i have not been able to use my printer at all. Never recieved my replacement ink. Really disappointing.

First time I used it, a tiny little roller came out with my document! Kinda noisy. Wireless feature doesn't work, had to buy a USB cord.

I've always had HP printers and most of them didn't give me a lot of problems but in the last few years I've noticed they've gotten worse I just needed a cheap printer to print stupid documents once or twice a year I bought this printer and almost immediately it started spitting all the paper out for no apparent reason it's still printed but it was very light even though it was new ink I couldn't recommend it at all I ended up sending it back I guess I'll try a different brand next time

Instant ink killed this printer and I cannot get it back running even with the setup cartridges that came with it after cancelling instant ink, not worth the hassle.

Difficult to set up to Wi-Fi. I did not enjoy this printer.

Manager is horrible rude and uncooth!!!!!!! I will never go back there.

Great purchase good for printing and scanning at home

This is not a user friendly product. It continuously goes off line, when I press the reset button it’s prints the printer information page 4-5 times wasting my paper and ink. I cannot figure out how to get it to print on both sides (if it does) and HP really does need someone to talk with (not online message with) to assist you

The absolute, hands down worst printer in AMERICAN HISTORY. Looks like the low price point has a lot to do with proper operation of this machine. Too late to return. HP has not been of service because it is way too hard to reach them to speak with someone for assistance.
