    I bought this printer as an "emergency" replacement; my old printer die on me in the middle of working on important documents that were needed ASAP, so I went out to BB and got the cheapest color printer I could find. Very basic, very simple, not very easy to install, but so far, it's working. Consume ink very fast, and overall, prints quality is fairly good. Still, I will get a new Laser color printer to replace my old one and keep this one as a back up.

    The absolute, hands down worst printer in AMERICAN HISTORY. Looks like the low price point has a lot to do with proper operation of this machine. Too late to return. HP has not been of service because it is way too hard to reach them to speak with someone for assistance.

    I ordered a wireless printer, i was told it would come on a certain day and it didnt. Also, the ink was leaking so i have not been able to use my printer at all. Never recieved my replacement ink. Really disappointing.

    First time I used it, a tiny little roller came out with my document! Kinda noisy. Wireless feature doesn't work, had to buy a USB cord.

    This is not a user friendly product. It continuously goes off line, when I press the reset button it’s prints the printer information page 4-5 times wasting my paper and ink. I cannot figure out how to get it to print on both sides (if it does) and HP really does need someone to talk with (not online message with) to assist you

    Only purchased because it was onsale and cheaper than new ink cartridges for my current printer. App and printer did not agree with each other during setup. When finally setup printer would not print any more than 3 pages at a time. Trying to print more would cause an error. The error is allegedly supposed to show up in the app but did not. Still no clue why it would not print more than 3 pages. I should not have to jump through hoops to setup a printer. I will never purchase a HP printer again.

    Printer comes with HP plan which goes up In cost every month. You cannot use printer if you don’t continue their plan. Rather corrupt! I’ve had MANY HP printers and a laptop. I am done with HP!

    Very good printer/scanner for the price I paid. I don't use a printer a lot but this one is a smart printer which will signal a need that the ink is low and a new supply will be sent if you sign up for that.
