I have called and got no one, chatted with Rachel who couldn't even type in English. Then I sent an email that was supposed to fix everything. No answer. The advertizing, including this one, says 6 months instant ink. When I received it, it said 3 months, but I can't even get the first month.

Doesn’t work without ink plan

I bought this new one. Easy Easy operation. Love it.

DON'T BUY THIS PRINTER FROM BEST BUY

Customer service tried to upsell me on a "membership" in order to get assistance with the problem. Really?? The guy, someone from India, would not even speak to me unless I paid for this membership which covers all devices that plug in the home even if not purchased at Best Buy. Well, it's cheaper to throw the printer out and purchase someplace else. Best Buy may not be the best anymore.

Great Copier

She says it went up and running in minutes and loves it so far. It is a smaller size which she loved also. It does not take too much room.

Wireless printing can be tied to canons own app (which can be found in the app and play stores) and is easy to set up on multiple devices.

Fast Set Up

This printer in particular has an easy set up and easy to use.

Replacing my printer

However, it's apparent that it isn't the same quality as the Lexmark I replaced after 12 years...nothing wrong with it except the lack of quality ink cartridges. Really liked having separate color cartridges rather than this one multi-color of the HP.

Orange Light of Death - ZERO support from HP

The orange light of death is infamous with this model and so is HP's turning their back on owners. While it worked, it was a pain in the rear to use so printer death actually freed me from the tortures of using this thing. My daughter's college roommate bought the same model at the same time and hers too died within a week of this one. What was more frustrating was the lack of response from HP. No more HP at all for me.
