It was a very easy and cheap printer unitl it stopped working

not a rapid printer but produces decent copies. Replaces a unit using HP 61 ink which now is expensive for some reason?

It does everything we expected it to do and it does it well. Another thing about it is its not as bulky as you would think it would be so if you are limited on counter space its a good choice

Worked great the one time I used it when I first purchased it. Then tried using again couple months later and would print blank page only, tried changing the cartridges doing aligning the printheads, cleaning the printheads and quality report and will still only print a blank page whether I am printing from laptop or phone.

The absolute, hands down worst printer in AMERICAN HISTORY. Looks like the low price point has a lot to do with proper operation of this machine. Too late to return. HP has not been of service because it is way too hard to reach them to speak with someone for assistance.

It’s a no frills, no thrills printer. Set up was fairly easy. The HP website was experiencing technical difficulties which delayed linking the printer to my computer, but it did eventually link. I haven’t used it, except to print a test page. Therefore, I cannot at this time provide an accurate rating of the product.

Due to not having a strong enough wireless connection I wasn’t able to use or connect this printer. It’s useless to me. I wanted to return it but apparently I only had 15 days, unless I pay for Best Buy plus. Ultimately this is why this product gets 2 stars. I now have a printer I can’t even use and can’t return taking up space in my apartment.

I've always had HP printers and most of them didn't give me a lot of problems but in the last few years I've noticed they've gotten worse I just needed a cheap printer to print stupid documents once or twice a year I bought this printer and almost immediately it started spitting all the paper out for no apparent reason it's still printed but it was very light even though it was new ink I couldn't recommend it at all I ended up sending it back I guess I'll try a different brand next time

Good printet and i got 9 months free instant ink in addition to another 3 months which I received when i talked with customer service to give instruction how to register the printetr

Good for small print jobs. Only had this for two months now an will see how well it holds up for now..

Works good, Original ink just use for short time..

Just okay. Fine for home use. Uses ink too fast. I think it has something having to join "free" ink

Difficult to bring online. Not up to the standards I expect from HP, but it is Chinese made.

I have spent several hours trying to get the printer set up with wireless to no avail.

Great printer, nice and clear,and fast too. Took a little time to set up, between downloading app and following instructions. All good.

Its a Christmas present so have not used it yet but box came in damaged. So i hope the printer is ok

Its ok for the price, you get what you pay for. I would spend more and get something better quality.

I had lots of issues with the HP Deskjet 2734e from set up and continuing into printing documents and photos. HP support is convoluted so each time I print I go on an internet search. I work in media and tech so my computer system is regularly update and I can usually can problem solve. This is my 6th printer and while I've run into occasional problems with others, this one has a problem every time. Due to Best Busy short return window I'll have to dump it and move on.

It needed a USB cord to work and I didn't realize that. Once I did, it appears to be okay.

Printer seem to work fine...no issues with it or Best Buy. However, it's apparent that it isn't the same quality as the Lexmark I replaced after 12 years...nothing wrong with it except the lack of quality ink cartridges. Really liked having separate color cartridges rather than this one multi-color of the HP.
