    The I had to return the printer. Complex setup, app wouldn’t recognize the printer. Keep throwing error message while configuring WiFi.

    HP is the absolute worst company! Do not purchase an HP unless you want to have money stolen from your bank. If you block them they completely disable your personal property making it completely inoperable. The customer service is also horrendous.

    Not a fan of the free ink promotion. I printed three pages in the first month and received a free ink cartridge. If I don't use it now, and cancel my ink subscription, they remotely stop me from using the cartridge. I'm cancelling the ink subscription and I'll just buy it when I need it. Other than it, it's fine.

    This little printer/copier is exactly what my little office required. It came with a 9 month trial of automatic ink supply service that I take full advantage of.

    I got this printer for around $40 and for the price its a pretty good deal. I printed out some paperworks I needed and I noticed the entore page was not aligned (i had printed the sames pages with a professional printer from work). Even with the aligner sheet that camos with the unit was not enough for it. The dark ink is not as dark as the professional printer I got at work but it gets the job done. Overall you get what you paid for.

    Over the month and a half I have had this printer it loses wifi signal once a week. Takes hours to troubleshoot and never troubleshoots quite right. Finally met the end and won’t reconnect. HP’s Instant Ink system also does not help. If the server is down, your printer won’t work at all. Wouldn’t even work with USB cord connected. I want a refund to buy a non-smart printer.

    It worked okay for the most part, initially. Then I had to get a new router due to my old one not picking up signal, now I can't connect to my new router. I spent over an hour as well as virtual assistance and still can't connect. Probably will have to buy a new printer now
