Run's through ink very very fast. Won't stay connected to my internet.

Only purchased because it was onsale and cheaper than new ink cartridges for my current printer. App and printer did not agree with each other during setup. When finally setup printer would not print any more than 3 pages at a time. Trying to print more would cause an error. The error is allegedly supposed to show up in the app but did not. Still no clue why it would not print more than 3 pages. I should not have to jump through hoops to setup a printer. I will never purchase a HP printer again.

Weren't good for the first 3 prints after that, nothing, but problems never purchased an item from Best Buy again.

Simple printer that suits someone with basic printing needs with scanning on the go functionality. There was issue with setting with HP+ account but the rest was buttery smooth.

After buying HP ink fir old printer at s small fortune i might add iand 4 hours later still couldn't get the printer to work. I bought this new one. Easy Easy operation. Love it.

Bought as gift for my adult daughter. She says it went up and running in minutes and loves it so far. It is a smaller size which she loved also. It does not take too much room.

printing wirelessly was an issue and I had to reconnect whenever I had to print anything.

Easy to use right out of the box. Wireless printing can be tied to canons own app (which can be found in the app and play stores) and is easy to set up on multiple devices.

I’ve purchased several different brands of printers throughout my lifetime but Cannon has always been my to go. This printer in particular has an easy set up and easy to use.

Printer comes with HP plan which goes up In cost every month. You cannot use printer if you don’t continue their plan. Rather corrupt! I’ve had MANY HP printers and a laptop. I am done with HP!

When the ink/toner needed to be changed, I could not get the printer to recognize the new ones. I bought HP cartridges, I tried generics - nothing worked. No troubleshooting fixed this, and no good answers from HP. Before this, it would also need to be remapped almost every time I used it. I don't understand how a large corporation.coukd sell such crap.

Has to be unplugged and plugged back in to get it to work. Customer service tried to upsell me on a "membership" in order to get assistance with the problem. Really?? The guy, someone from India, would not even speak to me unless I paid for this membership which covers all devices that plug in the home even if not purchased at Best Buy. Well, it's cheaper to throw the printer out and purchase someplace else. Best Buy may not be the best anymore.

Works as intended. Fast enough for a smaller printer. I forgot I didn't care for back loading paper.

Cheap and user-friendly only problem Inc. runs out extremely fast

I got this printer for around $40 and for the price its a pretty good deal. I printed out some paperworks I needed and I noticed the entore page was not aligned (i had printed the sames pages with a professional printer from work). Even with the aligner sheet that camos with the unit was not enough for it. The dark ink is not as dark as the professional printer I got at work but it gets the job done. Overall you get what you paid for.
