The ink cartridge on this printer needed to be replaced after about 100 copies. I replaced the cartridge and then after about 10 copies, the paper feeder would no longer accept paper. even when I guided it, it would not advance. While the price of this printer was a good deal, it was not a good deal for the 110 copies I actually printed on the unit.

Took a good bit of study to get comfortable using this all in one unit. Very good print quality.

Difficult to set up Called support for help they got frustrated and hung up on me

This little printer/copier is exactly what my little office required. It came with a 9 month trial of automatic ink supply service that I take full advantage of.

simple, what i wanted. price was good. would have preferred the red but was not available

Does the job. Not too much to say about this one. Probably the best value for a home printer.

Not a fan of the free ink promotion. I printed three pages in the first month and received a free ink cartridge. If I don't use it now, and cancel my ink subscription, they remotely stop me from using the cartridge. I'm cancelling the ink subscription and I'll just buy it when I need it. Other than it, it's fine.

It does exactly what I got it for...scanning and light printing. It was easy to set up and I like the ability to print from both my computer and phone.

I can't get my ink. The web site will not let me put my zip code in. I have called and got no one, chatted with Rachel who couldn't even type in English. Then I sent an email that was supposed to fix everything. No answer. The advertizing, including this one, says 6 months instant ink. When I received it, it said 3 months, but I can't even get the first month.

This printer was a pain from the get go. I should have returned it immediately. It just wouldn't print one copy. And there was no way to remove a line of undelivered copies. I thought that this printer would be simple to use just to make a copy.

Very small light and very well printing. Everything I need fit my stores office. Quick crisp printing, efficient with wifi printing from phone. Love it

Do not buy. This printer will not feeder. I have used it 9 times and now it eats the paper.

Great value for money but its very slow. Takes forever to print.

One of the worst mistakes i have made in printers. it will not connect to wireless, had company techs log into my computer to get it set up after months of trying. they got it going for about two weeks then it lost its connection again. i have other printers and this is the only one that is useless. it was cheap and i thought it would work as a nice secondary but it is junk. and when i bought it they were suppose to send me ink every month, only got one time since december and that was it. Just awful. i would not even give this hunk of junk one star if i didn't have too.

I'm not sure how HP can design and sell a printer that doesn't print, but they sure have hit the mark with that one. I think I've been able to print 10 pages successfully since I purchased this printer. Not counting test pages.
