Disappointed

Then I had to get a new router due to my old one not picking up signal, now I can't connect to my new router. I spent over an hour as well as virtual assistance and still can't connect. Probably will have to buy a new printer now

Avoid this Junk

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.One of the worst mistakes i have made in printers. it will not connect to wireless, had company techs log into my computer to get it set up after months of trying. they got it going for about two weeks then it lost its connection again. i have other printers and this is the only one that is useless. it was cheap and i thought it would work as a nice secondary but it is junk. and when i bought it they were suppose to send me ink every month, only got one time since december and that was it. Just awful. i would not even give this hunk of junk one star if i didn't have too.

Constantly Disconnecting, Finally Won’t Connect

Takes hours to troubleshoot and never troubleshoots quite right. Finally met the end and won’t reconnect. HP’s Instant Ink system also does not help. If the server is down, your printer won’t work at all. Wouldn’t even work with USB cord connected. I want a refund to buy a non-smart printer.

I had it hooked to my network now, I can’t figure out how to set it up again. You have to do everything from the app (like I wanted yet another one). Do yourself a favor and purchase the next one up from this.

HP is a THIEF

Do not purchase an HP unless you want to have money stolen from your bank. If you block them they completely disable your personal property making it completely inoperable. The customer service is also horrendous.
