    It worked okay for the most part, initially. Then I had to get a new router due to my old one not picking up signal, now I can't connect to my new router. I spent over an hour as well as virtual assistance and still can't connect. Probably will have to buy a new printer now

  • Orange Light of Death - ZERO support from HP

    Bought in Jan '24 and it died Sept of '24. The orange light of death is infamous with this model and so is HP's turning their back on owners. While it worked, it was a pain in the rear to use so printer death actually freed me from the tortures of using this thing. My daughter's college roommate bought the same model at the same time and hers too died within a week of this one. What was more frustrating was the lack of response from HP. No more HP at all for me.

    I definitely do not recommend this printer. The screen is so tiny. I had it hooked to my network now, I can’t figure out how to set it up again. You have to do everything from the app (like I wanted yet another one). Do yourself a favor and purchase the next one up from this.

    You have to join ink plan for it to work. When you cancel ink plan, they expect you to return all the ink the printer ordered for you.
