Won't print constantly. Has voids in color and black cartridges. Replace with new cartridges and after a couple of prints starts messing up with streaks and voids. Don't recommend. Even with Instant ink replacement cartridges are worthless.

It was difficult connecting to the wifi. Had to return it to the store before getting help setting it up at home.

Not very user friendly. The wireless feature leads the connection to go in and out frequently.

This printer constantly loses internet signal despite not being moved and the troubleshooting software is zero help. Do not recommend.

Garbage WiFi connectivity and app is useless if you don’t use it everyday. I print once a month and the thing forgets who it is everytime and is a nightmare to reconnect. Do not reccomend

Am so in love with this all-in-one printer. It comes in handy for all my printing and scanning needs. Plus it comes with free nine months of ink refill.

You pay for what you get. My last HP printer lasted me for years. It won't contact my wifi. It's hard to troubleshoot to find out what isn't working. Can't say don't buy because I would have to pay more than I can afford.

Slow and quality is not that good. Need to spend more money to buy quality printer.

I bought this with my all in one computer. The images are not very clear when printed and the ink runs out very fast

Cheaply made no instructions. Had to look at Youtube for instructions how to install ink.

I had the same one before and it kept printing the test page each time it started up.

Horrible connectivity. Would not connect to wifi or locate any devices.

Not a very good printer, photo printing size was stuck blowing up one corner to full paper size. Good luck getting help online. Cheaply made, Reinstalling the os it wound not acknowledge the front opening door was closed so that failed in that as well.

I actually didn't open this and returned it. I bought a model below this one and had issues with the HP app, the desktop app and had to call HP twice to troubleshoot. It would work then needed firmware that could only be located by having HP remote in. When it worked it was great, compact and did everything needed. If i didn't use for a while it would have issues out of nowhere. I returned this to wait for a deal on a different brand to try.

Rarely works and when it can even connect, it prints poorly. The support is mostly a series of ads for monthly subscriptions to ink (which seems designed to run out near-instantly).

Good price for a printer to use occasionally. Had issues with loading the app for the printer though.

These are terrible printers. I purchased two of them and for no reason at all they will start printing in black and white only. Yiu have to uninstall them and reinstall. They paper feeder constant jams when trying to print envelopes. Regret purchasing them.

This cheap a..printer does work try to exchange it due to Best Buy saying u only had 15 days to do so I was a day later the girl at pick up counter never said 15 day return policy
