Good luck getting help online. Cheaply made, Reinstalling the os it wound not acknowledge the front opening door was closed so that failed in that as well.

I purchased two of them and for no reason at all they will start printing in black and white only. Yiu have to uninstall them and reinstall. They paper feeder constant jams when trying to print envelopes. Regret purchasing them.

I bought a model below this one and had issues with the HP app, the desktop app and had to call HP twice to troubleshoot. It would work then needed firmware that could only be located by having HP remote in. When it worked it was great, compact and did everything needed. If i didn't use for a while it would have issues out of nowhere. I returned this to wait for a deal on a different brand to try.

We read the instructions that came with the box as well as the instructions online. It would never make a connection to our devices. We tried multiple computers and phones.

The HP Smart software is really buggy and often tells me the printer is offline when everything looks fine. Also blinking lights on the display just about daily. Avoid.

It’s almost impossible to connect, and even harder to get it to stay that way. I’ve been able to print exactly 3 pages without an issue. Total rip-off, bordering on scam. This is the 2nd HP model I’ve tried - never never never again.

Dont buy this thing.. to contact hp support is a pain on the back ans takes a lot of fime which i dont have. Not recommended.

Spent over an hour on hold and being transferred from one HP rep to the next. Finally was transferred to the right HP rep and after about 30 minutes of troubleshooting the printer, he tells me the printer came with a faulty power cord. This is not good product quality at all. I returned the printer to Best Buy and bought a different printer.
