It's not worth the money. Very cheapy. Wouldn't recommend

Problem filled printer. Cartridges very difficult to insert and impossible to remove. Returned it to Best Buy the day after i bought it.

Was looking for printer for my mom and this fit the bill perfectly. I didn't need a lot of bells and whistles, but was impressed with what this lower end option offered.

I kept getting error messages when I try to print. Try another computer and same results. At least the ink cartridges (67) could be used in another HP printer I had. Maybe I just got a lemon

Biggest piece of junk I ever owned AND last HP I will ever buy. If it's not printing because it lost connection, it's harassing you to sign up for their ink service. Used it for 5 months and now i'm taking it outside to light on fire.

Great printer. Just wished it would stay connected to my phone and printer. Easy solution was for me to unplug and plug it back in. Back working like it should be.

worst printer i have ever used. ink runs out immediately and before it runs out it wont print colors accurately. i still have 30% ink and nothing prints correctly.

Prints fine. Difficult to set up. Price is the selling point.

Was supposed to be all in one, but no fax machine. It has icons instead of a menu, so have to refer to manual every time to try to operate it. If you ever turn off wifi, you have to go back through the entire connect again.

Works as advertised. Just need a simple printer that copies and prints, then this is it. Great Black Friday price too! And 9 months of free ink is a bonus also.

Hard to set up even with the help of hp personal.Calling hp was a time consuming job. On hold for some time. Does not hold much paper and I never could get the feeder to open even with the help of the hp person. It might have been me (I am 74) or just a lemon. I returned the printer and will possible get a bigger machine after the holidays.

This is absolutely the worst Hp printer the paper feed malfunctions all the time. I can not get my wirk done.

Well, you say it's white. But it turned out to be black. It's not as fast as my HP Deskjet 4650 which is disappointing. Every time I send something to print I get an error message telling me that my printer is out of paper. NOT! And the display isn't what I consider to be user friendly. Still haven't figured it out. 3 stars is the best I can give.

Needed an all-in-one printer for general use. Couldn't find a better total cost vs. competition

Printer arrived the next day. Very easy to set up on both iphone and mac. print quality not bad for the price, great value with 9 months free ink HP+ subscription

Couldn't figure out how to connect it to the internet. Not user friendly.

I don't like that I can't see in the dimly lit little window on the left side without a flashlight, and it takes its time starting to print (rather noisily). It's not great, but so far it works okay for my immediate needs. It has a 1-year warranty, at which time I will upgrade. I did not take advantage of the 9 months instant ink offer.

Despite being told that this printer was easy to set up, it was not. The printer got stuck with all red lights on and it would not even turn even unless it was unplugged. I called HP and their customer service was either terrible, or I was unable to connect with them, or I I could understand their English. It was returned with joy.

Piece of crap. No usable instructions included or available. No help from hp or dealer.

Good product with 9 months free ink plan. Printing speed is slow and could have been improved
