On hold for some time. Does not hold much paper and I never could get the feeder to open even with the help of the hp person. It might have been me (I am 74) or just a lemon. I returned the printer and will possible get a bigger machine after the holidays.

It's not as fast as my HP Deskjet 4650 which is disappointing. Every time I send something to print I get an error message telling me that my printer is out of paper. NOT! And the display isn't what I consider to be user friendly. Still haven't figured it out. 3 stars is the best I can give.

It's not great, but so far it works okay for my immediate needs. It has a 1-year warranty, at which time I will upgrade. I did not take advantage of the 9 months instant ink offer.

The printer got stuck with all red lights on and it would not even turn even unless it was unplugged. I called HP and their customer service was either terrible, or I was unable to connect with them, or I I could understand their English. It was returned with joy.

Hard to setup to a new wifi network. All around it’s a piece of junk. Best to find a better printer but spend a little bit more money
