My family needed a simple printer to use at home for printing out schoolwork and papers. It served the purpose and we love it.

I tried multiple way of setting it up had trouble with connections! I even contacted the support team prior to returning it but it was mess to reach them

Brought back because of poor reviews. Didn't realize it would be so hard to set up and would require a contract for the ink.

Amazing for kids but very very slow! If u are patient then get it.

I wish i would read the reviews 1st but i was excited to get a printer for $20 bucks and thats all its worth really especially since it wont hook up to the Internet so I can do my sons home school

Hate this printer. Has no basic printing buttons. If you press the wrong one it’s printing instructions 5 times. So annoying!!!!

We love that it can both scan and print! The wireless connection works great. Geek Squad came and made sure all worked well!

Stop working after a week. My power went off for a couple hours came back on my printer never started working again.

I purchased this in October as a Christmas gift for my Godson -- it does not work. It is presumably not returnable any longer -- I lost my money???!!!

I had to replace a Canon PIXMA MP560 that has served me well for 12 years. It's still functional, but the software was starting to have some software compatibility problems with newer Windows. The 2734e is a good replacement. It's a cheap price and smaller in size than the previous Canon I had. It's a simple and simple to use printer: fairly install and use on my Windows 11 laptop. I can't comment too much about the print quality as I don't print documents and photos as often as I use to. However going by my eyes, it seems comparable to my previous printer. That said, if you want to print high quality photos you may want to look at a more expensive option. There are several flaws though even for a cheaper printer. You cannot print double sided aka duplex printing. Although you can use the printer with a USB connection, there is no USB cable included at all. What's more the printer doesn't use regular 2.0 USB connections so it's not just a simple matter of picking up a USB 2.0 cable and connecting the printer. It remains to be seen how long the ink cartridges will last. The colors for the ink cartridge(HP-67) is also unfortunately combined so if you run out of a specific color, you will have to replace the entire color cartridge. All in all this a basic, cheap printer serves that's not too bad. It's great if you don't do too much printing, but if you're printing fairly often or need something with higher quality prints, you may want to look at a more advanced option.

Junk! Not even worth $1. Printer worked for 1 day now impossible to connect to wifi. Best Buys return policy also is a joke. Why sell junk products Best Buy should be Buy Junk!
