    Owned for 1 year. Loses connection with iMac. I have to unplug unit wait 1 minute plug back in reset computer. A PAIN. Apple users stay away.

    Purchased this printer a few months ago. Not a fan of it. I’m constantly having problems connecting it to my computer. Keeps saying offline and it won’t print. Very Frustrating!

    Would have given it 5 stars, but in order to print anything or even use th this thing you need to set up a profile and download more software. Its a printer, its not that hard.

    If your main reason for buying it is the 9 month free instant ink trial (this was my main reason for selecting this printer), I would not recommend it at all. Going through all the HP Smart and support hoops has been an incredible waste of my time.
