Frustrating

I’ve had it for a week and absolutely hate it. Something is consistantly wrong with it everytime I try to print. It either says its busy or the ‘i’ button is lit up and something is wrong- something that I cannot figure out because there is not an explicit screen delay. It is also difficult to print from your phone- MUCH more complicated than my printer that was at least 3 years older.

NO 9-Month instant ink trial

In order to get the free trial, you need to connect to HP+, which does not work at all. And the customer service agents were not helpful. They just transferred me to other agents and asked me to repeat all the info over and over again without offering any solutions.
