Please note you can only print from inside the HP app. Took me a while to figure that out. It’s app based but user friendly.

Ink Cartridge Difficulties

Online support was friendly bit was unable to solve the problem. Seems to be a common problem with this model based on the forum posts I see.

I only printed a few dozen documents and scanned another two dozen or so AND WHOOSH - INK GONE. I am not a small business, just do some research for an organization two or three times a year and have to share via e-mail but first need to print then scan some documents. VERY DISAPPOINTED
